For a seamless experience, we encourage you to pre-book all package inclusions before your arrival. If you have a specific day in mind for your Horseshoe Bay picnic, we recommend informing us in advance so we can reserve it for you. There is a morning and an afternoon picnic. Our morning picnic is from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm and includes a packed lunch and bottle of house wine delivered to Horseshoe Bay around noon. Our afternoon picnic is from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm and includes a fruit and cheese platter and a bottle of house wine. If you wish to have your private candlelit dinner on a particular night to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, our chefs would be happy to bake you a cake. Advance notice is required. Unused package inclusions are not refundable and cannot be transferred or substituted for other activities, tours, spa treatments, or services. Matangi Island Resort reserves the right to amend prices due to events beyond its control that may increase pricing.
