With Christmas just around the corner, the time has come again for all of us at Matangi Island to wish you and your families, Happy Holidays!

What’s New at Matangi

We are excited to have Josepf Ali return this year as Head Chef. Joseph has added some tasty new dishes to our gourmet options, and is absolutely thrilled with the variety of organic vegetables now being grown on the island.

Due to the wonderful feedback from guests on our food and to the many requests for recipes, Joesph and his team are now offering weekly cooking demonstrations at no charge to our guests. These cooking demonstrations are designed to show case our authentic Fijian food, heritage and culture in an informal and fun environment. Share with us on Facebook your favourite dishes at Matangi!
