As much as we would like to accommodate all our guests in their Bures up until departure we also have new arrivals who have travelled a long journey, therefore our check-out time from the Bure is 10:00 am. If our availability allows, you may use the Bure for day use at no additional charge. If a Bure is not available for day use, your luggage will be collected from your Bure at 10:00 am and stored in our Sawana Lounge located in the same building as our Ocean Spa. Lunch is provided free of charge for afternoon departures.
Our tariff includes all meals and snacks (mini bar snacks excluded) daily maid service and evening turn down service, daily laundry service and non-motorised activities as well as some tours. Domestic flight connections are re-confirmed by the ladies at Front Office. A note advising you of your departure time from the Resort will be delivered to your Bure the evening prior to your scheduled departure. Should you find any discrepancies between your itinerary and the flight information that Front Office provides you, please advise us as soon as possible. Flight changes can be made subject to availability of seats. A change fee may also apply.
After Hours Assistance
Our office hours are 6am-6pm daily. Should you require assistance outside of these hours there is a night watchman stationed at the Activities Bure.
For your safety we recommend that you do not engage in any form of water activities unless you can swim. We also recommend that you observe the information on the “Safety Precautions” Board at the Activities Bure as well as the signs on boat traffic along the Resort’s beach-frontage.
